With over 150 years of catering expertise passed down through three generations, Brilliant Restaurant was a true ambassador of traditional North Indian cuisine. Each outlet with its own distinctive vibe, sumptuous menu and cocktails We ended up passing on sweets because I wanted to get ice cream somewhere else, but next time I’ll have to indulge. Then the chicken curry – sorry guys, I forgot the name of this dish – was so creamy and yum. The lamb was herb roasted and served with Chana masala, cauliflower and corn khichdi. As for our main, we got their lamb shank and a chicken curry to share.
